Ingredients:
- 8 fresh figs, halved
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup goat cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Put the cut side of the fig halves on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Put 2 tablespoons of honey on top of the figs
After the oven is hot, roast the figs for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are soft and caramelized
Take figs out of the oven and let them cool down all the way
Put roasted figs, goat cheese, heavy cream, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender
Mix until its creamy and smooth
Put the mix into popsicle molds
Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours
Once the popsicles are frozen, run the molds under warm water for a short time to get the popsicles out
You can eat it right away or put it in the freezer until youre ready to eat it
