These crispy baked chicken drumsticks are a delicious and healthier alternative to fried chicken. Coated in a flavorful breadcrumb mixture and baked to perfection, they are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Ingredients:
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
In a shallow bowl, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper
Dip each chicken drumstick in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere
Place the coated drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165F 75C
Serve hot and enjoy
