Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Brownies

These Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Brownies are a delicious mix of sour lemon cheesecake, rich chocolate brownies, and juicy blueberries. They look great on any occasion and will wow your family and friends.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • Ingredients required for brownie mix eggs, oil, water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper in a 9x13-inch baking pan

Follow the directions on the package to make the brownie mix, and then spread it out evenly in the pan that has been prepared

Cream cheese and sugar should be mixed together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth

Mix the egg, vanilla extract, and lemon zest into the cream cheese mixture until everything is well mixed together

Add the blueberries slowly while mixing them into the cream cheese

Spread out the brownie batter in the pan after adding the cream cheese mixture on top of it

To make a marbled look, slowly swirl the cream cheese mixture into the brownie batter with a knife

For 35 to 40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the middle is just a little wobbly, bake in an oven that has already been heated up

Turn it off the heat and let it cool all the way down on a wire rack in the pan

After its cooled, put it in the fridge for at least two hours to set

Cut into bars, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve cold
