Skinny Peppermint Latte

Indulge in the festive flavors of peppermint and chocolate with this delicious Skinny Peppermint Latte, perfect for satisfying your coffee cravings while staying on track with your keto lifestyle.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free peppermint syrup
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Stevia or preferred keto-friendly sweetener to taste
  • Whipped cream optional, for garnish
  • Crushed sugar-free peppermint candies optional, for garnish

Instructions:

Warm almond milk in a small pot over medium-low heat until its hot but not boiling

While the water is heating, make espresso or strong coffee separately

Take the almond milk off the heat and mix in the peppermint syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract with a whisk until everything is well combined

If you want to, you can add stevia or another keto-friendly sweetener to taste and make it sweeter

Put coffee or espresso into a mug, and then carefully pour the hot milk mixture on top of it

If you want, you can add whipped cream and crushed sugar-free peppermint candies on top

Serve right away and enjoy
