Pear Vanilla Gin Fizz

A cool drink that combines the delicate tastes of pear and vanilla with the botanical notes of Heilala Vanilla USA Gin. It is finished with egg white foam and a hint of fizz from club soda.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Heilala Vanilla USA Gin
• 1 oz pear juice
• 0
• 5 oz simple syrup
• 0
• 5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• Club soda, to top
• Pear slice, for garnish

Instructions:

Put Heilala Vanilla USA Gin, pear juice, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker

For about 15 seconds, give it a hard dry shake without ice

Put some ice in the shaker and shake it again for 15 to 20 seconds

Strain the drink into an ice-filled highball glass

Add the club soda on top and stir it in slowly to mix

Put a slice of pear on top to finish

Serve and have fun
