This easy Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter will make you feel like youre in the fall. You can put it on pancakes, toast, or mix it into yogurt.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients
Stir well to combine
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until thickened, stirring occasionally
If desired, blend with an immersion blender for a smoother consistency
Allow to cool before transferring to jars for storage
